The PF3500_3 machine is designed with the aim of pressing 3 pieces of ham or shoulders simultaneously.
The product is shaped by a polyethylene mould and a stainless steel mould operated by an hydraulic system. These moulds may be different depending on the product to be formed.
Once the ham is pressed, its final presentation is perfect, as all the parts have the same thickness. In addition, the open parts, the bones having been removed, remain completely closed and joined, which means that the ham is fully utilised, with no waste. Once sliced with the slicer, each and every slice is uniform, making for a high quality presentation. This pressing system also offers a solution to the loss of air from the vacuum bags due to protrusions, as the ham is completely flat and uniform.
