PUJOLÀS PARTICIPATES IN Q-PORK PROJECT

The main goal of the project is to achieve a meat quality measurement system that is reliable, economically viable for companies, automated in some of its parts and managed by software that integrates the measurement of quality parameters, the classification of that piece of meat, according to previously defined categories and the orientation of this to the most appropriate process to optimize its transformation into an elaborate product.
