The new VERLATORI 3D RS system has been specially designed to totally compact cured, raw, or smoked meat products. The PF Verlatori 3D RS moulds each product on its upper, lateral and rear sides. Its programming system allows pressure, time and massage movement adjustments in accordance with the characteristics of the product being pressed. Our innovative electric-hydraulic method means that we can massage meat products to prevent fibre breakage during the pressing process. The final result is a totally uniform piece, with totally regular product ends, meaning that the entire final product can be filleted with zero loss.
