IX World Congress of Cured Ham

The IX World Congress of Cured Ham will be held on June 7, 8 and 9, 2017 in the imperial city of Toledo. The capital of Castilla-La Mancha, celebrates this year the 30th anniversary of its designation as a World Heritage City, welcomes us with satisfaction as the culmination of the celebrations of Toledo, Spanish Gastronomic Capital 2016.
